Well it has been quite awhile since I have written here, but thought that I would come and check in to share that there have been many changes in my life the past few months....so much so that at times it felt like a roller coaster....but life seems to be settling down again.

I took a month to go on a road trip, basically to make some decisions, visit with friends, and reconnect with folks.  It was GREAT...just what I needed.  Took some long walks out in the back bush and got out of the city lifestyle...spent time scrapbooking with friends, read some novels and yes made some much needed decisions.

Now I am back, in a new job and re-simplifying my life...also making plans for another road trip hopefully in the summer months.

I am good, and just wanted to share with you, that everyone should remember to take time for themselves...it is important not to let yourself get caught up in the rush of life and to stop and smell the roses as the old saying goes.  It really does work to slow down and take time for yourself.
