Every day I feel that I learn something new about either someone else in my life, or about myself...

Today I learned that I am still moving forward in my life, even with the bumps in the journey along the way....

I have not always felt this, but it was proven to me by being able to say "NO" strongly today and really mean it within my heart to a situation that I know would not have been good for me to participate in.

Thank you to all of you, and you know who you are that continue to support me along my journey even with my warts and all.
